🚚 How long does shipping take?

Most orders arrive within 5–8 business days. Some orders may take up to 15 business days depending on your location and the product. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

💰 How much does shipping cost?

Absolutely nothing. Shipping is free on every single order — no minimum spend required.

🔄 What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day money back guarantee on all orders. If you're not happy for any reason, email us at zenvaloshop@gmail.com with your order number and we'll sort it out right away.

📦 How do I track my order?

Once your order ships you'll get a tracking number by email. Use it at parcelsapp.com or 17track.net to track your package. If you haven't received a tracking email, check your spam folder or contact us.

🛍️ Can I cancel or change my order?

Contact us within 24 hours of placing your order and we'll do our best to make changes. Once an order has been dispatched we're unable to cancel or modify it.

📦 My item arrived damaged — what do I do?

Email us a photo of the damaged item to zenvaloshop@gmail.com and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund immediately. No return required.

💳 What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. All transactions are fully encrypted and secure.

📬 I haven't received my order — what should I do?

If your order hasn't arrived within 15 business days, email us at zenvaloshop@gmail.com with your order number. We'll investigate and either locate your package or send a replacement.

🌍 Do you ship internationally?

Currently we ship within the United States only. We're working on expanding to more countries soon — stay tuned!
